It’s Brew Time!

☕ Put some Spring in your step with these new offerings from some of our favorite Birmingham roasters!

Single Origins

Every 6-8 weeks we rotate single origin coffees from respected roasters all around the U.S. This time, they’re from home!

Read on to learn what makes our local roasters special, and which of their awesome coffees we’re rocking!

About our partnering roasters

Non-Fiction Coffee Company

A group of individuals with a collective love for coffee, who see its power and potential to cause meaningful change. Since 2015, they have strived to dignify coffee producers and their communities through meaningful relationships, intentional giving, and exceptional roasting. Non-Fiction currently supplies multiple shops and businesses in Birmingham with excellent coffee – and therefore better mornings.

Thank you, Non-Fiction! (:

June Coffee Co.

A community-driven brand, sourcing unique and approachable coffees from all over the globe with importers that are transparent about pricing and pay beyond the ‘fair trade’ prices. June is currently in the process of opening a new shop in downtown Birmingham and looks forward to serving its fantastic roasts to Alabama’s (sometimes groggy) coffee enthusiasts.

We can’t wait to visit!

Seeds Coffee

A nonprofit coffee shop and outstanding Birmingham roaster since 2013. Their goal is to lay the foundation for relationships, connections, and a place to belong locally, while supporting and honoring farmers and their products internationally.

Fun fact: Seeds played an important role in mentoring Innova in its initial stages as a baby coffee shop! Very cool.

Grateful for an amazing coffee community!
