Holidays, Coffee, Pastries, and More Winter Updates

Dear Innova Family,

There is something different about how the light streams through the windows of Innova during the wintertime. In the stillness of the morning, the brilliant rays of the sun spill through the southeast-facing windows. Bringing with it tranquillity, radiance, and the purest of light. Flowing into the closing of the day with a mellow afternoon sun. With the change of the colder months comes a new kind of beauty. An authentic and revealing kind of beauty.

As the air outside gets colder, the inside of the shop grows warmer. Warmer with people. Warmer with light. Warmer with friendships. Warmer with new yummy treats. Warmer with fresh evergreen and oranges. And of course, warmer with every cup of coffee.

I think most of us welcome the newness that this winter season brings. With 2020 closing and the beginning of a new year, I think it’s essential to reflect on the past year. After a year of hardship, growing pains, and navigating running a business in a worldwide pandemic, one thing rings true: We are so incredibly thankful for you! Seriously without you, we wouldn’t be who we are. Our mission is to serve YOU. Passion for people drives our passion for product. Thank you for this past year. Thank you for being flexible and real and vulnerable, for letting us come alongside you in your struggles.

We are so expectant for the new year, (after all 2021 doesn’t have too much to live up to) and we are so excited to introduce to you all the new and exciting coffee, food, and people at Innova!

(Thank you for this note written from Sydney Parker to our Innova family.)

You’re invited!

Orange Clove Latte

Citrus and spice and everything nice! This latte smells like warmth and tastes like home.

Peppermint Mocha

It wouldn’t be Christmas without a peppermint mocha. We combined our rich, housemade chocolate syrup with pure peppermint extract and topped it with our fresh whipped cream and, of course, candy canes!

Eggnog Latte

We use only the best ‘nog for this latte. Topped with some fresh nutmeg shavings. Hello, Christmas!

Gingerbread Muffins (GF DF)

These guys aren’t just for our gluten free/dairy free people. They’re a delicious and healthier option for anyone who loves gingerbread. We used fresh ginger, dried ginger, and candied ginger to create a rich flavor, with a bright lemon glaze on top.

Cherry White Chocolate Scones

These FLUFFY scones are chock full of tart dried cherries and white chocolate chips. YUM.

Cranberry Orange Bread

Honestly, this stuff is fire. Tangy cranberries meet sweet orange glaze and brown sugar streusel.
