Favorite things about Innova?
People! Before we open or after we close, I often think of the people who will come in or have come in that day and how they might enjoy a respite from the day-to-day. I want to be part of making that happen.
Go-to Innova order?
A 6-8oz pour over (sorry, not on the menu), and a slightly modified Cahaba Chocolate.
